How To Recover Security Password On Callmanager

You must be connected to console , you can’t do this procedure from SSH connection

Log in to the system with the following username and password:

Username: pwrecovery

Password: pwreset

Then just follow the instruction , notice that you must have any valid data cd , music CD wont work

    I wonder if this command breaks VMware installations somehow – or if just bug with 8.0.2…

  2. I have made a test on 7.1.5 which is on a non official VMware , I did not get the pb I could restart and log many times to my callmanager

    this seems like a bug , did you see the end of the message “fatal error” , he could not reset his password
